I need to reread Sylvia Plath

VSCO: blank-palette

I never understood
‘The Bell Jar’
’til now.
The work you produce,
the thoughts effort panic and
they are worth
so damn much.

The work you produce
should be is utterly significant
it doesn’t matter shit whether
it succeeds or not.

I tell myself this,
crying to sleep.
I wish I can talk with Esther.
Did she find solace for
one second out of the
surrounding her?

Even if this
is all
‘common sense’?
